FRIDAY NIGHT REGISTRATION

All teams are required to register their teams Friday night.

DATE: Friday, November 30, 2007

TIME: 5:30 p.m. until 10:00 p.m.

HOTEL: HOLIDAY INN EXECUTIVE CENTER

5655 Greenwich Road, Virginia Beach , VA 23462  

Please be prepared to bring the following to registration:

  1. Original and 2 copies of your state-approved roster
  2. USYSA player passes for each player, including quest players
  3. A signed medical release form (your local club's medical release forms will be acceptable) for each player including the guest players.  The medical release forms do not have to be notarized.
  4. Permission to travel-For teams outside of Region 1 and for New Jersey teams - who are not members of US Club Soccer.
