Tournament registration will be held on Friday,November 30, 2007 from 5:30 p.m . until 10:00 p.m . at the Holiday Inn Executive Center, 5655 Greenwich Road, Virginia Beach, VA 23462.

  Coaches and managers you are invited to attend our buffet after you have registered your team.

  Please be prepared to bring the following to registration:

•  Original and 2 copies of your state-approved roster if you mailed a copy with your application you will need only one copy of your state-approved roster.

•  2007/2008 USYSA player passes for each player, including quest player

•  A signed medical release form (your local club's medical release forms will be acceptable) for each player including the guest players.  The medical release forms do not have to be notarized
